OnDemand 5.0 Provides Enhanced Customer Capabilities

This unique real-time web-based portal assists healthcare facilities in managing their reprocessing programs by providing information relative to savings trends, order history, order status, and device listings, reclamation and turnaround times. OnDemand also features an electronic catalog of information to optimize financial benefits and to validate FDA compliance.

The 5.0 release now offers customers the capability to pull up key device-specific data and conduct trending analysis on reclamation rates and reasons for instrument rejection.
