There are multiple ways in which we at MEDISISS support our customers. These include:
| 1 | We take photographs of every device and assign each order with a lot number to facilitate tracking for our customers.

| 2 | We list each SUD based on the original manufacturer number, which also helps with inventory tracking. |
| 3 | Customers receive two automatic email notifications from us during the reprocessing cycle:

| 4 | Our SUD delivery approach is customer-focused as we expedite the return of ALL of YOUR devices in the same shipment. |
| 5 | Every device is micro-etched to determine how many times it has been reprocessed. |
| 6 | Our technicians inspect devices for defects and conduct functional testing. If any devices fail to pass our scrutiny and stringent acceptance criteria, we reject them, take responsibility for the cost of their disposal, and document the reason for rejection. |
| 7 | Once we reprocess a device we guarantee it 100%. |
On-Site Support
Once the customer designates an "in-charge" staff member overseeing the reprocessing program, we’ll provide that individual(s) with:
| 1 | Advice regarding the necessary contents (FDA registration, liability insurance, etc.) of the reprocessing binder that is needed for inspections |
| 2 | Current contact information for MEDISISS personnel. |
| 3 | All pertinent email correspondence, including valuable updates and product news. |
| 4 | Access to our Virtual In-Service training module for new employees and to facilitate reprocessing "refresher courses". |
| 5 | Assistance in creating posters and signs for the break room, OR, and near the MEDISISS bin to remind staff members to reprocess devices. |
